Terms of Engagement and Fees -25% off hourly rate* for first instruction

Full details of Terms and Conditions of booking are provided on request. Fee options:

• Hourly Rate (Medicolegal expert witness work): £180 per hour (a 25% discount from this rate will be applied for first instruction by each legal firm)
• Fixed fee option for first CPR-compliant report: available on discussion/caseload assessment 
• Fixed fee option for informal, not-for-disclosure screening opinion: £400
• Fees for in-person court appearances, meetings with counsel and experts are charged by the half day (£500), with travel time included in costing. If meeting can be online, charged at hourly rate (£180). 
• Fees for consultancy work are highly competitive and depend on the project duration, complexity and whether the work can be delivered remotely or requires in-person role - typically these are £1,000 per day plus expenses for onsite working, but options for significant discounts for monthly remote (email and up to 1 hour Teams ) retainer advice, and entirely remote project  working are available.
