Terms of Engagement and Fees -25% off hourly rate* for first instruction

Full details of Terms and Conditions of booking are provided on request. Fee options:

• Hourly Rate: £200 per hour (25% discount for first instruction by each legal firm)
• Fixed fee option for first CPR-compliant report: available on discussion/caseload assessment 
• Fixed fee option for informal, not-for-disclosure screening opinion: £500
• Fees for in-person court appearances, meetings with counsel and experts are charged by the half day (£600), with travel time included in costing. If meeting can be online, charged at hourly rate (£200).
